One of a handful of survivor's of a trial drug for insomnia, Javier developed unusual powers to read, influence and manipulate the thoughts of the people around him at the age of thirteen. Over the years, he's focused that power to expand his abilities in such a way to make him a dangerous and vindictive man with an agenda. Unfortunately, the more powerful these powers become and the more he uses them, his body breaks itself down to support and maintain a power it was never meant to wield.
Along side the other survivors, he's using his powers to hunt down the people responsible for the clinical trials that resulted in his powers and his inevitable death at a young age.
